So project get Katy a present was a success, she loved it. I got a nice long hug. And she finally gave me a nickname in her phone like she does with everyone else. Everyone is names after a Harry Potter character, i am Ron Weasly.

So the leader appreciation dinner last firday was rescheduled because of snow so we are gonna try again this Friday. Hopefully all goes well, weather permitting.
Dnd is going good, john has decided to streamline and switch to 4th edition on his next game. So after we finish the the Story of our original characters we will start brand new adventures. One game were he is dming and another were i am dming. Also i started another game via skype but everytime we try and meet some one has work, it's so dumb!
Anyway i got all the dnd group a christmas present, i hope they all like their gifts. I wasn't expecting anything back but the Leland kid apparently got me something, so can't wait to see what shenanigans he got.
OH! I cannot wait for Destiny! I pre-ordered it today, securing my spot in the beta next year. It's gonna be a freaking blast!
I have now got John and Sarah into Magic: The gathering xD
And thus have gotten more back into it myself as of late. I was at Epic loot, our local gaming store and finihsed up a deck idea i had, then i had been thinking of another idea a simple Red white aggro deck using Cavalry Pegasus, which gives humans flying wehn he attacks, so the idea is simply. A bunch of weaker humans amass the field with Cavalry Pegasus and attack. I ended up asking one of the guys working, Jordan his htoughts and within a half hour or sooner made my deck for about 40 bucks, and with the small amount of testing ive done it works very well. Booyah!
Oh so on Black Friday i ended up getting a ps3 bundle for 200, with the last of us, and the new batman game, not wanting said batman game i went back like 20 minutes later and traded it in for 30 bucks and got Kingdom hearts 1.5 final mix for 20 bucks brand new, and infamous for 6 bucks. So all in all a good day. Earlier that day i went out with John and Sarah helping them do shopping. and we ended up getitng 3 40 inch tvs for the hang out room. Can't wait till its done!
I've finally watched all my recorded episodes of One Piece and thus have fallen back in love, just in time for toonami movie month which means no new episodes for at least 3 more weeks...asdfghjkl.
To the internet! Oh wait, i'm already here. Well see ya, ima see Luffy kick Franky's ass now xD

NaNoWriMo
So yeah NaNo started today but i had work from 7 to 3 so i didn't get to start till i got home. I only wrote 430 words today which sucks but hey i have a full week vacation ahead of me to get back on track! And i have an outline so it will help when i get to the good parts xD

Crossroad of flames
The sound of metal sliding against metal echoed across the large circular room as the key slid into the lock. He twisted the key until the familiar clank rung in his ear, sliding the key back out he let the key fall from his hands but instead of hitting the floor it swung and a sharp but quick sound snapped into existence as it hit dozens of other keys tied around his neck.
Making his way back to the center of the room he knelt before the ring of candles which remained the only source of light in the large room. Each candle burned a different color, some brighter then others, some held larger flames, a few weren't even lit. Behind each one stood a door upon the wall of varying shapes and makes. Dozens of candles, dozens of doors, dozens of keys. Some were closed, some locked. Others open all the way, while some were cracked open. Few didn't even have locks.
Pathways leading to different futures, separate sorrows. He knelt before the crossroads, another door had been locked. He slowly bent forward over the candle that represented the door which he had just locked. The flame it held was small but elegant. It was a black flame with a bright yellow core and tips. He took a deep breath and prayed a silent prayer, then slowly let his breath out and the unique flame went out.
And yet after this ordeal he did not weep of sorrow, but smiled in happiness. The truth had been shown to him. The door he had locked creaked and moaned as it moved, the room growing bigger, stretching itself out. Then wax dripped form the ceiling slowly staking it self into a new candle and as a new door warped into existence a flame arose and sparked into life upon the new candle. This time the flame was different then any other he had seen before. It was a dark blue flame with golden tips and core, but inside the golden core pranced a white spark.

Well Snap, crackle, pop!
I'll admit, i saw it coming. I wasn't sure how long it would take, but i saw it coming. Well i saw two things coming, but one i promised not to tell and the other i'll keep quiet about for the sake of courtesy.
Anyway, the Scioto Hills retreat is this Friday! I cannot wait, i'm djing the dance party and i have a 4.6 hour list of music spread over 70 songs so this should be one great weekend!
On the other hand, due to recent developments my mind is splitting in two directions at full speed. Planning and conniving without my consent. I wanna just slow down and take it one day at a time but my mind just wants things to happen now. I know in the end it wouldn't be wise or tactful to do that though. I just wanna slow down, but i also think if i take it too slow i'll lose everything i hope for and long for again.
Whatever.
I convinced jenny to join nanowrimo with me. I am liking my idea but besides the world and some characters i'm not to sure where the plots gonna go. I guess we'll just have to find out. If nothing else i just hope to have fun writing again. its been way too long since i just wrote for fun.

Vanguard Championship Qualifier- Chicago 2013 Battle Report!
Well even though i was the first of my group of friends to get into the newest children's card game Vanguard i played more then a handful of local tournaments i was able to go into my first professional tournament for this game perfectly calm and still yet i tingled with excitement.
I ended up going 3-2 but considering this was my first tournament of this size (for vanguard anyway) and since all my other team, except for Christian and Tim, ended up scrubbing out round 2 or 3 i'm happy and 100% satisfied about how i did and how i played.
My decklist was nothing original, it was infact a clone of brandon's which despite his early knock out it still served me well. I ended up naming my deck 007 Cookie of Solace (since the card no. for a couple cards were bt01/007 and what not)

Round 1 Win against Prisms
If there were any nerves or worries going through my body, they left as a grin on the inside took their place as I got my opening hand. I had everything i needed to ride and put on early pressure without giving up a hand and got early triggers to guard with. Even if i did get to 4 or 5 damage i had everything in hand as i had my full field, Cookie vanguard boosted by cream, mocha and lulu on the right tom and gemini on the left. my opponent took the lost well and we even played a quick fun game before the next round (which i won no prob just as i had before)
Round 2 Win against Platina Ezel
Before the tournament, since i hadn't had a lot of practice against different decks i thought that i should always go for rear guards for Paladins, but thankfully I asked my Teammates who all warned me that with Gold paladins i shouldn't bother. So I got my opponent to 3 damage then as soon as i had my units i rushed him and won by turn 5 or 6 since he couldn't keep up with my aggro to his vanguard rather then wasting attacks on his easily defender or replaced rear guards, as well as my constant hand advantage. Thus i realized my teammate Zach the night before told me Golds bad match up was OTT (my deck)
Round 3 Win against Majesty Lord Blaster
I have faced this deck before on a few occasions, all of which my opponent were able to pull of MLB's effect and hit me very hard and really push my limits. Thus i played this match safe while trying to hold on to what i would need to rush the heck out of him. Then after a good assault on turn 4 i realized he had only gotten blaster blade but no blaster dark and only had 3 or 4 cards in hand, one of which was a perfect guard but i was able to get a double crit onto mocha (as well as a tarte/ gemini column) and won turn 5
Round 4 Loss against Megacolony (Stag)
My first match ever against Mega colony is a loss. Not a bad loss mind you, it was fun. My opponent was the nicest guy who willingly explained any cards i did not know (which were all of them.)
During what i considered to be my biggest misplay of the tournament, my opponent does what megacolony does and it keeps my mocha and silent tom from standing next turn, so when he attacked i instantly sent tom and mocha and thena 10k guard from hand to the guard circle for a two pass which he hits no triggers. By the end of his turn i still have my cookie, a 10k a booster and draw into perfect guard. Thus i could have used the 10k instead of tom and mocha, granted they would be useless that turn i still believe i could have used one or the other for just enough pressure to win. But the game ended with him at 5 damage so i am still happy to have put up a fight. theg uy was even reassuring my the guard with tom and mocha was the right choice considering what had happened. But i guess i'll never know.
Round 5 Loss against Prism
My opponent started the match with explaining he was a douche who would rule shark if needed, not knowing what to think i just said OK, and went on playing as smart as i could. When i realized he was using prisms i had high hopes considering my first victory was against roughly the same deck. Yet, luck was not on my side as he continues to use the effects and get of the break ride and develop the hand advantage. However souless OTT would not be what it is if i had not put up one hell of a fight. I had both Tom and mocha out for the last 2 turns, we were both running low on hand and both at 5 damage. I was able to heal on my last attack. So as i passed turn i knew i could win next turn, so long as i survived. But he was able to pump out the magic numbers and a crit to secure it, so with no heals i lost my final match, and my opponent took a huge sigh of relief then proceeded to tell his friend how worried he had been and how close it had gotten.
We shook hands and despite the loss, thus my exit from the tournament, I was just happy to have fought so hard and thus had fun which in the end is all that counts.
On a side note i learned how to play weiss schwarz and with the help of Will was able to put together a cool mono green madoka beat deck. I also got a hold of stuff for my Lawkeeper deck which is turning out to be major fun.
So thank you Brandon for letting me net deck off of you. Thank you to Will for helping me with Weiss. Thanks to Alex for putting up with 5 guys this weekend. Thanks to Zach for driving, as well as a thank you to Tim for joining me and in being fluffy POWERMANGAMERS! (Sword grow longer!)

Holy Cow!
So my mom got a free nights stay at the casino an hour or so south of here,a dn she went with my aunt. She called today saying she was gonna stay another night, so is she comes home tomorrow and doesn't stay a third night, she still won't be home till evening. And since i have the day off, i can like...enjoy my day xD
Anyway, i have thankfully gotten so and so out of my head. Yet one still remains. I haven't seen her in awhile either since she started school. =/ But thats ok cause if i can i'd rather focus on saving money and working with leland to find a good apartment for us to move into next summer which is sounding like more and more of a good idea everytime i bump into something in myc smallass room >.<
So i've been playing Fire Emblem: Awakening a bunch over the past week or so. It is really addicting. But the xp/ level grinding can get annoying. But it will make the endgame much easier xD
Also if you enjoy rock music i'd suggest the band Icon for Hire i have to listen to at least like 3 of their songs everyday before bed.
Oh also i'll be heading to chicago next weekend for Cardfight Vanguard regionals. Which should be fun, i'll be spending the weekend with a lot of strangers but Brandon will be there so i won't be all alone xD
Well it's going on 130am, i'm a bit hungry but if i go to bed soon i can maybe get up before 12 and like do stuff tomorrow....i'll let you know how that goes =P

rant
i don't think i will ever understand why you love him. Maybe my opinion is biased because of my emotions. Yet, i can't shake the feeling your with the wrong man...and yet there is also her to consider as well. I look for your smile at every corner no matter where i am. My heart skips a beat when i do get the chance to look at the beautiful smile God blessed you with.
I'm torn, between two smile, two wondrous heats. And torn between wanting you all out of my head, out of my heart, and the hope that if i fight hard enough or with enough courage then maybe, just maybe then you can be mine....
As much as i think in an emotional way rather then a more logical and scientific way like so many around me, i still don't always understand my own emotions...
God give me peace.

Stand Up!!
So todays been a pretty great day. Leland ordered the fire bibles tonight before bed. Went with the youth group to see despicable me 2, which was hilarious btw! then proceeded to mess around in half price books, then eat an amazing sub before going to epic loot. where i let shawn carry me in a game of halo risk, while i played brandon in vanguard. Got to try arbaros build of neo nectars which i'll be getting in a couple weeks. ordered this awesome vanguard mat from a guy in the facebook group only to find out that since its not sanctioned by bushiroad i can't use it at their sanctioned tournaments.
but i'm getting my license this thursday, terry goodkinds new book comes out next month, i got vanguard regionals in september. ren fest this fall, mass effect risk comes out in the fall. ps4 to be released this holiday season and then ohyao con with Hooweh in january!
Too many things with not enough money or time!!! xD
but yeah just excited so yeah...ttfn!
oh also started a forgotten realms adventure with Lee, chaseballs, john and his wife!

Boy these code geass episode names just aren't relate-able at all xD oh well. I only got scheduled for 4 hours this week.. .yeah only 4! I really hope they call me in a couple times i need money if im gonna go to LIFE this summer. But my dad thinks i should get my income tax back when i file my W2 later this week so that should help. Anyway pray i can get more hours in at work.
I've been watching alot of movie lately, all with either Emma Stone or Emma Roberts in them. I gotta Emma Stone is a babe. I usually don't watch movies because of whose in them but I think i would watch anything if Emma Stone was in it xD

The White Knight Awakens
So I've been talking with a friend from church and trying to get her to open up. She's had some issues with her grandparents and such and thus never really opens up or trusts people. But I've convinced her to trust me if nothing else, and its helping her realize that God has a plan and she needs to trust others sometimes and not be afraid to speak the truth and open up. So thank you God for giving me the words to help her open up. I pray you can give me more words of wisdom so i can help others!
Anyway I have been playing Skyrim alot lately, i realized i might as well get my moenys worth and have fun , I even stayed up till 430 last night playing it and the only reason i went to bed was because i had work the next day otherwise i would kept going xD
Well i can't wait because Leland is gonna be turning 18 meaning he can sponsor people on base meaning we can go to the gym on base meaning i can hopefully get some exercise in and lose some weight!
Also Leland i wanna remind you we need to start planning our writing project for this summer i really wanna do this and help us both getting back into creative writing! =P
Well ima go...do...something. I don't know what, but I'm sure it'll be fun xD

The Day a New Demon was Born
Because im unoriginal ill title my blogs after code geass episodes. anyway i guess ill start ranting, it seems to help leland so why not give it a shot.
I want it know that in my heart all i want is the best for you, if he realizes this too and finally treats you like a man should then so be it, so long as your happy. But if he doesn't start showing you how much you mean to him then you need to rethink your position. I understand you love him but the love of one person doesn't make a relationship! its the combined, complimentary love and compassion of two people that make a relationship possible. I may just a friend that you see as a brother-figure buti hope you see one day that i care for you more then a friend or sister-figure!
so yeah thats all i got. i doubt anyone reads this anymore, but im ok with that i just needed to get this off my chest. I'm going to go play video games or something now
